This is a lovely bright signed silver brooch by Devon designer Montague Maxwell Car Groome. It is in the shape of a beautiful maple leaf with lovely detail and a large size. It is nicely hallmarked for London 1966 and signed nicely for the maker. It measures just under 2.5 inches high and weighs just under 14 gms and is a fine quality gift.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina.
