Refund policy

Please read carefully prior to purchasing



If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.



Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:


• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging and be in the same condition they arrived in.

• Please make sure that prior to purchasing your item you have thoroughly read the description and viewed the photographs to make sure that you are 100% happy with it.

• In the case where measurements are provided, we cannot accept returns if the customer has found the item does not fit. Again, please be absolutely certain you have read the full description provided, including measurements.

• We always photograph as generously as possible so that a good selection of photos are available and these form part of the product description. Please bare in mind colours may appear lighter or darker depending on the  light values of different screens used to view these items.



To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:


• Please email us at sales@kiliancellardoor.com with your request and reason for return upon receipt.

• Please send items back to us using the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

• Upon receipt of the item a refund, replacement product, or store credit will be issued.

• All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded.

Additional information

• Most of our packaging is new and mostly environment friendly but we do ask that you recycle or re use wherever possible.

• International buyers are welcome to contact us for shipping quotes, terms and conditions prior to purchasing.

• Finally, it’s worth noting that we trade primarily in reclaimed, repurposed or refound objects and as such they will bear the signs of age. They are not perfect and may have repairs, flaws, restoration etc. but these will be mentioned wherever possible or photographed for closer consideration.
