This is a lovely bright bow brooch. It is 1.6 inches long and has a very attractive textured design with a nice mark for famous mid-century makers Carl Art with a sterling stamp as well. To the rear it has a good rollover clasp and is in lovely vintage condition.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina.
