This is a lovely antique brooch likely from the Victorian era. It has beautiful little seed pearls across the front which is in a lovely design with a border and central stone. The stone is likely amethyst with light coming through beautifully. There are pretty little flourishes in pearl to the sides and it is all set in silver. To the rear it has a good sterling stamp and a good c clasp. There is minor wear and some residue between the pearls as shown. It measures 1 inch across and is a very pretty little piece.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina. This is a lovely very old notion.
