This is a charming little accessory likely from the Victorian or Edwardian era. It is a nice little silver plated and very decorative napkin clip. It has a loop to one end and a small cuff slides up and down the stem which releases and tightens two small plates with ridging to the interior to secure your napkin at dinner. These are very collectable little pieces and this is in lovely antique condition and measures 1.5 inches long.
It is an antique item so will show signs of wear commensurate with age.
