This is a beautiful Victorian little etui for coins or any little items. It is made of shell and is just a stunning piece. It has a gorgeous lustre to the shell and to each side is decorative fixing, the hinge is white metals and large with beautiful scrolling along with a pretty clasp. On opening it has the most beautiful red interior with three compartments and white piping and to one side it has a partial hand painted picture of flowers and a Present From script with unclear destination as shown. It has a little red cord through the hinge as shown. The condition is beautiful as shown. It is quite a large piece at 3.25 inches across
This is a stunning antique in beautiful condition as shown with the shell integrity kept in the shape and colours with lustre.
As an antique item it will show signs of age and patina.
