This is a charming little mesh purse, likely from the Victorian era and in lovely antique condition. It is made of gilt metal and has a very bright gold hue with very pretty frame with embossed design with pretty flourishes and a very good purse clasp which opens nicely. The chain mesh is very fine and in beautiful condition with an attractive scalloped frill to the bottom.
It measures 2.5 inches across and 4 inches high. It is in lovely antique condition and a fine little antique.
As an antique item it will show signs of wear and patina.
