This is an amazing piece of Edwardian silver - a gorgeous solid silver baby rattle complete with jingling bells. It is beautifully hallmarked for famous makers William Vale & Sons and has hallmarks to the top and bottom. It has a bail to the top so it can be hung for play and weighs 15.7 gms and measures over 2 inches high. It is in sparkling and almost pristine condition and a beautiful gift.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina. This is a lovely very old piece.
