This is a stunning Victorian doll's head from legendary maker Armand Marseille. It is nicely stamped to the rear and with a date of 1894. The doll is amazing - it has the deepest and dark eyes which are full of life and character. Even her mouth is open and you can see through the hair hole in the top of her head that her teeth have been carefully fitted from the inside and you can see them beautifully. Her skin is very realistically coloured and she has two holes either side of her head. She is ready for use or display and has minor fixing residue and is a beautiful authentic little antique. She stands approx. 2.25 inches high.
As an antique or vintage item it will show signs of wear and patina.
