This is a beautiful Victorian Valentine card before they became established as they are now. It is likely to be 1870s and features a beautiful folded card with lacey cut out front. It has yellow and gold accents and a beautiful lady standing by a church gate to the front with a pretty hand painted flower insert as shown. To the interior is a pasted little message in gorgeous font as shown.
It is a very rare and very charming piece which will display beautifully, particularly framed and measures 3.6 inches high.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina. This is a lovely very old item.
