This is a wonderful Norwegian silver piece from famous maker Theodor Olsens Eftf. It is a silver dish used for salt and in the shape of a very detailed Viking ship. It has dragon prows at either end with lovely faces and even shields to each side as shown. It has salt marks to the interior as shown and a nice set of marks for the maker and for Norwegian silver with little stars impressed to the base. It stands approx 1.6 inches high and is 3.25 inches across and has a good weight of just under 17 gms.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of wear and patina.
