This is a lovely antique dressing table box. It is made of glass to the base with very attractive cut glass designs to all sides and the bottom with minor nibbles to the sharper edges and some small shallow chips to the interior edge but nothing very evident. To the top is a gorgeous silver top of marvellous quality. It is highly embossed with a stunning lady sitting high on the silver, facing to the side with flowing hair set in a complex border setting with bows and scrolling with some cleaning residue to the deeper parts. It is nicely stamped Sterling 925 to the side and fits beautifully. The dimensions are 2.9 inches high by 1.1 inch and it is a fine quality piece in lovely antique condition with minor dings and wear.
