This is a stunning set of Victorian little sewing spools for thread. They are gorgeous little pieces in the style or Palais Royal with a mother of pearl top decorated beautifully with tiny detail and all matching. They have a metal centre piece and the base is bone. The pieces measure 1.25 inch high and have varying residue and little age related stains as shown with tiny nibbles here and there. These are lovely old pieces to fit into a lady's sewing set and they have done so well to stay together and are in lovely antique with minor wear as expected for its age.
As vintage or antique items, it will show signs of age and patina. These are lovely very old notions.
