This is a beautiful little mesh purse, likely from the Victorian era or possibly Edwardian and in lovely antique condition. It is made of gilt metal and has a very bright gold hue with very pretty frame with embossed design with pretty flourishes and blue enamel which sits beautifully on the frame and a very good purse clasp which opens nicely and the frame sits slightly to one side. The chain mesh is very fine and in beautiful condition with an attractive frill to the bottom and lovely colours over the gilt as shown. It has a good finger chain as shown,
It measures 2.3 inches across and 4 inches high. It is in lovely antique condition and a fine little antique.
As an antique item it will show signs of wear and patina.
