This is a beautiful unmounted cameo of some age, likely to be Georgian. It is of an unusual subject, possibly looking over their shoulder and seemingly smiling or laughing. She has complex hair and is very classical in design. She measures 0.9 inches high and is quite high relief, so a beautiful piece.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina. This is a lovely very old piece.
