This is a lovely old desk seal - likely from the Edwardian era. It has a very nice mother of pearl handle. To the base is a metal stamp which houses a very attractive initial seal - the initial is a very attractive J - shown stamped into Blutack in the pictures. It measures 2.25 inches high and stands beautifully with minor wear to the metal and residue which comes out slightly on the stamp as shown.
As an antique item it will show signs of age and patina.
