This is a beautiful unmounted cameo of some age, likely to be Georgian. It is of an unusual subject, likely to be one of the Muses and she is dancing whilst playing her lyre so likely to be Erato. She has complex clothing and is very classical in design. She has a loss to the top right with some layering to the rear loss as shown. She measures 1.1 inches high and is a beautiful piece.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina. This is a lovely very old piece.
