This is a beautiful hat pin from legendary maker Charles Horner. It is likely to be Edwardian and is a long steel pin with a gorgeous Art Nouveau abstract design very typical of Horner. It is nicely stamped for the maker and also for sterling with a pretty whirl and ball design as shown. It is in very nice antique condition measuring 6.5 inches long.
As a vintage or antique item, it will show signs of age and patina. This is a lovely very old piece.
